About eThorns
eThorns is a collection of small, fast tools for everyday security, file and developer tasks: checking a domain's email security, unrolling a short link before you click it, cleaning metadata from a photo, compressing images and more.
Private by default. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so the files and text you work with never leave your device. The few tools that need our server (for example, following a short link, or turning a Word file into a PDF) say so clearly on their page, along with what happens to what you send.
eThorns is built and operated from Colombia, in English and Spanish.
Keeping it free
Every tool is free and needs no account. Our costs are the server, the domains and the time it takes to build and check each tool and guide. If eThorns saved you time or trouble, you can buy us a coffee. It's optional, and every tool stays free either way.
