eThorns is a small project built and run from Colombia. Write to hola@ethorns.com in English or Spanish. We usually reply within 2 business days.
What to write about
- A tool gave a wrong result or doesn't work. Tell us which tool, what you did, and what you expected. A screenshot and the name of your browser and device help a lot.
- An idea for a new tool. Tell us the problem you're trying to solve, not only the tool you imagine.
- A mistake in a guide. A phone number that changed, a bank procedure that works differently now, a link that no longer opens. We check and correct guides, and each one shows the date it was published, or last reviewed if a person has re-checked it since.
- Privacy questions. What we collect, and what we don't, is in our privacy policy.
Please don't send
Passwords, verification codes, card numbers, ID documents or bank statements. We will never ask for them, and nobody from eThorns will contact you first offering to recover money or unlock an account. If someone does, it's a scam: see Scammed or hacked? What now.
We can't recover accounts, reverse payments or investigate a scam for you. For that, contact your bank and the official channels listed in where to report a scam.
